Players who won a taxable jackpot in 2025 qualify for our Second Chance Drawing! Eligible players will be notified via email on how to enter.
*Entry ballots are given to patrons that win a taxable jackpot between 8AM on June 28th, 2026 to 6:45PM on August 29th, 2025. Entry ballot must be completely and legibly filled out in full by the patron and/or Slots Department employee. Ballot will serve as entry for the Jackpot Frenzy Grand Prize drawing. Any incomplete ballots will be disqualified from drawing, or if patron is not a current PENN Play loyalty member. Winners of Grand Prize drawing must be present to win and will have until 8:30PM to claim their prize. Lost entry forms will not be replaced or reissued. Participants for the second drawing will be notified via email, and their digital ballot must be activated on August 29th at any promotional kiosk or in the PENN Play App.
